Kathy Brass has over 25 years of International and Domestic Business Planning and Human Resources Management experience across a diverse range of business sectors. She is also the founder and Principal Consultant of Smarthink, which she established in 2009.
Her personalised approach to meeting the needs of all her clients makes the delivery of her consultancy services both effective and meaningful, allowing her clients to see measurable improvements in their business activities.
Kathy has a focus on developing great business cultures, through business coaching and mentoring, aimed at delivering innovative win-win solutions and building long term relationships with her clients.
